Desiree Williford

Desiree Williford has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Desiree is currently the Vice President of Operations/General Manager at Premier Plastics, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Flexan as a Project Manager from June 2022 to December 2022, and as a Production Manager from October 2019 to June 2022. Before Flexan, they were employed at BD, where they held several positions including Senior Operations Leader from April 2018 to October 2019, Mold Shop Supervisor from January 2017 to April 2018, Operation Leader from April 2015 to January 2017, and Production Planner from October 2012 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Lewis Engineering as a Senior Buyer/Planner from December 2005 to September 2012, at Ametek Dixson as a Sales and Operational Planner from December 2004 to December 2005, and at Hamilton Sundstrand as a Senior Material Analyst from September 2000 to December 2004.

Desiree Williford holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operational Management Project Management from Colorado Christian University. Desiree obtained the certification of RJG Master Molder 1 from RJG, Inc. in March 2018.
