Ellen Teplitzky

Ellen Teplitzky serves as the Executive Director of Legal Affairs and Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer at Premier Research since December 2014. Previously, Ellen held the position of Of Counsel at The Clinical Technology Transfer Group, P.L.L.C. in 2014, providing legal advice for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Prior to that, Ellen was the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Aptiv Solutions, Inc. from 2011 to 2014, overseeing all legal management aspects, and served as Of Counsel at Clinical Technology Transfer Group, PLLC for a brief period in 2010-2011. Ellen's career began at PRA International, where Ellen was the Director of Contracts and Legal Affairs from 1997 to 2010. Ellen holds an LLM in International Law of Development from the University of London and a JD from Emory University School of Law.
