Nicole Palombo has a diverse work experience in digital media and marketing roles. Nicole started their career as a Sales Promoter/Associate at Club Demonstration Services in 2015, where they successfully increased product sales through effective communication and marketing techniques.

In 2016, Nicole interned as a Marketing and Social Media Intern at Roger Williams University, where they developed marketing materials and executed team press releases. Nicole also served as an Athletic Communications Intern, collaborating with Stat Crew to stream live team stats and maintaining online fan engagement. Nicole later took on the role of Conference Host, assisting with event organization and providing support to event organizers.

In 2017, Nicole worked as a Channel Marketing Intern at Collette, where they collaborated on marketing campaign concepts, provided feedback on design and content, and developed marketing materials.

Nicole then gained experience as a Video Partnership Associate at Initiative from 2018 to 2019, assisting in the buying and allocation process and creating tune-in info-graphics for sponsorships.

Nicole furthered their career in digital media and communications roles. Nicole served as a Webcast and Production Assistant at the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2019, where they gained insight into running live productions and capturing engaging content. Nicole also worked as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Manhattanville College from 2019 to 2021, producing written content for the official athletics website.

In 2021, Nicole worked as a Media Relations Assistant at the ASUN Conference, generating original content for social media and website platforms. Nicole attracted new fans by creating engaging content and catchy press releases.

Most recently, Nicole worked as a Digital Content Producer at the Georgia Swarm Professional Lacrosse team from 2021 to 2023. Nicole managed and created content for social platforms, served as the primary graphic designer, hosted a podcast, wrote press releases and game recaps, and managed website content and marketing campaigns.

Nicole is currently employed as a Digital Media Manager at Premier Rugby Sevens, starting in 2023.

Nicole Palombo pursued their education at various institutions. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Roger Williams University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree. During their time at Roger Williams University, Nicole focused on Marketing and International Business as their major, with a minor in Spanish. Seeking further academic growth, they then enrolled at Manhattanville College from 2019 to 2021, earning a Master's degree in Sport Business and Event Management.
