Naomi Engelman

Naomi Engelman has worked for a variety of organizations in different roles since 2005. Naomi'smost recent position as of January 2022 is Vice President of Talent at Premier Talent Partners. Prior to that, they held several positions at the company, including Director of Talent and Managing Director. Before joining Premier Talent Partners, Naomi worked as a Head Lifeguard and Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at Santa Cruz County Parks. Naomi also worked as a Research Assistant and Peer Consultant at the UC Irvine Department of Education and as a Peer Assistant for Ethics in Education at the UC Irvine Department of Education & Jeff Johnston. Overall, Naomi has a varied work experience in talent acquisition, education, and public service.

Naomi Engelman attended Soquel High School from 2003 to 2007, but they did not earn any degree or field of study during that time. Naomi went on to attend UC Irvine from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior with a focus on Psychology and Education.
