Machila Ng'oma

Machila Ng'oma has a strong background in the financial industry, with experience in various roles and positions. Machila began their career in 2012 as a Commercial Loan Officer at FINCA Impact Finance, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Finca Zambia as a Client Relationships Supervisor and held this position until 2017. Machila then progressed to the role of Branch Manager at Finca Zambia in 2018 and remained in this role until July 2022. Afterwards, they joined Visionfund Zambia as a Branch Manager from April 2022 to October 2022. Currently, Machila Ng'oma is a Branch Manager at PremierCredit Zambia Limited, starting in October 2022.
