Nicole Ayala Meneses

Nicole Ayala Meneses has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Nicole is currently the Regional Head of Human Resources at Premier Destination Services, where they focus on promoting the brand and purpose of the organization. Nicole Ayala Meneses has an extensive education history in the field of psychology and communication. Nicole earned a Master's degree in Psicoterapia Gestalt y Desarrollo Humano from the Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt, completing their studies from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in coaching from the ICC International Coaching Community. In 2013, they became a Life Coach after completing a program at ICC, and in 2012, they obtained a certification as an Executive Coach from the same institution. Furthermore, Nicole Ayala Meneses holds a Bachelor's degree in Ciencias de la Comunicación, specializing in Comunicación Organizacional, which they earned from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2003 and 2007.
