Bob Ogden

Bob Ogden has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Bob began their career in the US Army as an Army Aviator from 1983 to 1988. Following this, they worked at Texas Instruments as a Field Sales Engineer in the Control Product Group from 1988 to 1991. Concurrently, from 1988 to 1991, they also served as an Army Aviation Officer (Part Time) in the Tennessee Army National Guard. From 1991 to 2005, they held the rank of Army Officer (Lt. Col. - Aviation) in the Tennessee Army National Guard.

In 2006, Bob transitioned to the healthcare industry, joining HealthStream as a Senior Director of Consulting. In this role, they advised hospital executives, managed client relationships, and provided strategies to improve patient experience, physician satisfaction, and employee engagement. Bob stayed with HealthStream until 2014.

From 2015 to 2022, Bob worked at Sharecare, Inc. as a Senior Director of Account Management. Bob was responsible for managing a portfolio of diabetes services accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of Diabetes Center Program Directors.

Currently, Bob is employed at Premise Health, where they hold the position of Director of Client Operations. In this role, they oversee and directs operations management of employer worksites, provides expertise to Health Center Leadership staff, and ensures the delivery of health and fitness services.

Bob Ogden attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Danbury High School from 1976 to 1979. Furthermore, Bob obtained a certification as an Instrument Rated Commercial Helicopter Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1984.
