Cara Siegel

Cara Siegel, SPHR, SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership and strategic business partnership. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Premise Health since January 2015, Cara provides HR oversight to significant regional operations. Prior to this role, Cara held a similar title at Take Care Health Systems from January 2001 to January 2015, supporting a large employee base. Earlier experience includes managing human resources activities at Martinair, where oversight encompassed growth initiatives in North America and collaboration with European leadership, as well as managing HR for the Southwest Region at First American Title. Cara holds a degree from Colorado State University.
