Carly Auerbacher

Carly Auerbacher, FNP-BC, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Carly currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Operations at Premise Health since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Calibrate as the Director of Coaching from May 2022 to February 2023.

Carly had an extensive tenure at Premise Health, where they held various roles. From August 2019 to April 2022, they served as the Regional Clinical Operations Director - NE. Previously, from July 2017 to August 2019, they were the Director of Client Operations. Carly started their journey at Premise Health as a Health Center Manager NP from March 2014 to July 2017.

Before joining Premise Health, Carly worked at CVS MinuteClinic as a Family Nurse Practitioner from November 2012 to March 2014. Carly began their career as a Registered Nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and worked there from August 2007 to October 2012.

Carly Auerbacher, FNP-BC, holds a Master's Degree in Family Practice Nursing from Drexel University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Temple University, completing it from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Carly also holds certifications as a Health & Wellness Coach from the Wellcoaches Corporation (obtained in 2016) and as an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurse Credentialing Center (obtained in 2012).
