Pamela Femling has over 30 years of experience in the nursing field. Pamela began their career at St. Peter's Hospital as a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room from 1991 to 1995. From there, they worked as an RN Staff Nurse at the Olympia Multi-specialty Clinic from 1995 to 1998. Pamela then joined Western Washington Oncology as a Clinic Lead Infusion Nurse from 1998 to 2004. Pamela Femling, RN, MSN, COHN-S, SGE completed their BSN degree in Nursing from Washington State University from 2002 to 2004. Pamela then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership and Management from Western Governors University from 2012 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Pamela also obtained certifications such as COHN-S from ABOHN in September 2017, CAOCH from the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation in December 2010, and PFT from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health in 2010.
