Experience in human resources spans several organizations, including MGM Resorts International, where responsibilities involved training facilitation for over 3,200 employees and new employee onboarding. Sarah's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Education from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, complemented by certifications in Graphic Design and an Associate of Science in Human Resource Management.
