Benoît Smagghe

Ben Ostrander, PMP, currently serves as a Consultant at PCI Government Services LLC since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Craneware from July 2022 to June 2023, and at Carilion Clinic from May 2016 to July 2022. Additional project management experience includes a position at JPI between 2015 and 2016. Earlier in the career, Ben Ostrander held the role of Senior Consultant at Integrated Federal Solutions from 2013 to 2015 and Financial Analyst at BAE Systems from 2012 to 2013. The professional journey began as a Management Consultant at BDO USA, LLP from 2009 to 2012. Ben Ostrander holds a Master’s degree in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bridgewater College.
