Thomas Verschoren

Thomas Verschoren is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution design and team management across various roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Premium Plus, Verschoren oversees Zendesk development and marketplace app creation while also guiding customers in deploying and integrating Zendesk solutions. Additionally, Thomas contributes as a writer for Internal Note and has been an owner of Verschoren since 2011, focusing on web design and tech support. Previous positions include IT Manager at Switch, where management of IT systems and development for multiple locations took place, along with community moderation for Zendesk. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Antwerp and has a background in web design and freelance writing.
