Neeraj Bisaria has a diverse and extensive work experience. Neeraj began their career in 1992 as a Plant Engineer at Birla Yamaha Ltd. Neeraj then moved on to Hindustan Motors Ltd and worked as a Cell Leader from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, they joined Tata Cummins as a Senior Manager in the CBBU division, where they worked until 2003.

From 2006 to 2008, Neeraj joined VE Commercial Vehicles Limited as the Head of Operations. Neeraj played a crucial role in the acquisition and merger of a sick unit, leading to its break-even and overseeing project planning and execution to transform it into a company worth 100 crores in just two years.

In 2008, they joined LM Wind Power (a GE Renewable Energy Business) as the Regional Director for India and Managing Director. During their tenure, the company became the world's top manufacturing company in its product segment, with an annual turnover of INR 2000 crores.

Neeraj Bisaria is currently employed at Premium Transmission Private Limited, where they initially held the position of Managing Director and CEO from 2018 to 2023. Neeraj is currently serving as the Managing Director and President-Group.

Neeraj Bisaria completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Kamla Nehru Institute of Management & Technology, Sultanpur, between 1988 and 1992.
