Betsy Copiskey

Betsy Copiskey, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development at Premium Waters Inc. since October 2015, Betsy oversees HR functions for a major bottled water manufacturer. Prior to this role, Betsy held the position of Director of Human Resource Development at Unison Comfort Technologies, where responsibilities included workforce planning and employee relations for multiple business units. Betsy's career in HR began as HR Manager at Schuette Inc., focusing on strategic planning initiatives. Betsy holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services and Project Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
