About the Role:
As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads. You’ll drive creative and performance strategies that enhance user engagement, increase traffic, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for managing funnels, executing content and ad strategies, and improving conversion rates through data-driven insights and CRO testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Meta, Google, Youtube and other relevant platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute ad strategies that align with current trends, creating impactful visuals and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Manage and optimize ROAS across Meta, Google, and other platforms, leveraging A/B testing and data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Setup, review and optimize ad performance daily and advise the content and creative teams to maximize content strategy.
  • Create and execute content strategies for creative content briefs and audience expansion
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to craft ad and landing page concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for creative content, landing pages, and workflows, ensuring continual optimization for CRO.
  • Analyze Google Analytics 4 data to improve growth strategies and funnel optimizations.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 to analyze user behavior, track funnel performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with funnel objectives and broader marketing goals.
  • Innovate new ideas to improve processes and test strategies for scaling initiatives efficiently.
  • Track weekly and monthly channel performance and prepare data reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports
