Shankar Krishnaiah

Shankar Krishnaiah has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Shankar began their career in 2000 as a Team Lead at Chennai Fintrack Systems, where they worked on equity trading and delivery management. Shankar then joined Global Software in 2002 as an Analyst, where they were responsible for designing and developing interfaces for treasury management systems. Shankar also led the global support team for Travelex backoffice systems. In 2004, Shankar joined Travelex UK as a Software Developer, and later became a JEE Consultant at Alliance & Leicester in 2008. Shankar then returned to Travelex UK in 2009 as a JEE Solutions Architect, where they worked on global payment gateway projects and infrastructure/service upgrades. In 2012, Shankar transitioned to Western Union Business Solutions as a Solution Architect. Shankar later joined Travelex as a Senior Solutions Architect from 2014 to 2017, followed by roles as a Senior Engineer and Principal Engineer. In 2018, Shankar joined Prenetics as the Vice President of Software Engineering, and in 2019, they became the Managing Director of Prenetics Innovation Labs.

Shankar Krishnaiah completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from Anna University in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the University of Madras, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Shankar holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
