Thomas Northrup has a decade of experience in business systems analysis and customer relationship management. Thomas began their career in 2009 as a Relationship Banker at Regions Financial Corporation, where they provided expert knowledge on accounts and maintained a 97% availability rate. In 2010, they joined Studer Group as a Business Systems Analyst, where they partnered with business units to optimize information and analytic usage. Thomas also held roles as a Software Support Specialist and Solutions Support Technician, where they maintained a 92% close rate at level 1 and developed a Help Desk Policy and Procedure manual. In 2014, they became a CRM Data Analyst II at Dominion Dealer Solutions, where they were the point of contact for data management. In 2015, Thomas joined Valorem Consulting as a Dynamics Manager, where they led their internal CRM team and maintained Microsoft Competency designations. Thomas also worked as an Independent Contractor as a Systems Architect. In 2018, they joined ITK Solutions Group as a Senior Solution Architect and in 2019, they joined Dynamic Consultants Group as a Practice Director. Currently, Thomas is a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant and Architect at PrenticeWorx, where they guide project delivery through requirements gathering, implementation and configuration of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. Thomas also provides training both internally and externally and mentors junior resources to improve consulting skills.

Thomas Northrup has obtained a variety of educational experiences. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from Ithaca College in 1997-1999, a Certificate with Honors from the Defense Information School in 1999-2000, an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Pensacola Junior College in 2007-2008, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Engineering Technology from the University of West Florida in 2009-2011, and a Health Information Technology Trainer from Santa Fe Community College in 2012. Thomas also holds various certifications from Microsoft, including Exam 717: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (2018), Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Deployment (2016), Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration (2015), and Technology Systems Support from the University of West Florida (2011).
