Amber Bass

Amber Bass is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and legal operations. Currently serving as Sr. Corporate Counsel at PPLSI since June 2023, Amber has held prominent positions such as Sr. Agreement Cloud Strategy Director at DocuSign and Head of US Legal Operations at LawGeex. With a strong background in contract management, Amber also played a key role at Integreon as Vice President for Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services, and as Director of Contract Solutions at UnitedLex Corporation. Amber's experience is complemented by teaching Organizational Negotiations and Interpersonal Communications at the University of Phoenix. Amber holds a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
