Fatima Rivera

Fatima Rivera is an experienced professional currently serving as the LEAD Communication and Support Specialist at PPLSI since July 2017. Fatima excels in ensuring effective communication channels and supporting teams, fostering a positive work environment. Previously, Fatima held roles such as LEAD Project Manager and Spanish Quality Assurance Coordinator, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop training tools in a dynamic Customer Care setting. Early experience includes managing social media as a Member Service Social Media Consultant and providing customer support as a Spanish Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Fatima has a background as a Freelance Graphic Designer and worked as a Production Manager at Chisholm Trail Shopper, specializing in newspaper design.
