Rich Factor

Rich Factor is currently a Regional Account Executive at Prepared since January 2024. Prior to this, Rich served as a Strategic Account Executive at Matik, Inc. from May 2022 to January 2024, and as a Mid Market Account Executive at TripActions from January 2019 to May 2022. With a strong background in sales and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Rutgers University, Rich also has experience as a Community Policing Officer at the Teaneck Police Department from January 2011 to June 2018. Rich is a multiple award recipient, having received the President's Club Award multiple times throughout their career.
