Barrett Flynn

Barrett Flynn currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Legal at PrePass, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Barrett acted as Assistant General Counsel at U-Haul International, Inc. from September 2023 to June 2025. Barrett's legal career began at Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, LLP, where work was done as an Associate Attorney from February 2007 to November 2013. Following that, Barrett spent over a decade at Sysco, taking on roles as Associate General Counsel for Litigation & Transactions, and General Litigation Counsel until June 2025. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Baylor University (1998-2002).
