Ivan Pashko

Ivan Pashko is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and project delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Preply since April 2021, Ivan has previously held roles such as Delivery Manager at Intellias, where responsibilities included managing 15+ team members and enhancing product delivery processes. Ivan's professional journey also includes positions as Scrum Master and Team Leader at Ciklum, overseeing development cycles for the Betsson Project, and as QA Team Lead at Incom, where Ivan developed test strategies and managed QA teams. Ivan began a career in embedded software development and quality assurance, culminating in a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, obtained in 2012.
