Julia Fursovych

Julia Fursovych has had a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Julia started their career in 2015 at ELSA, where they served as the President of the Local Group and later as the Director for Study Visits. In 2017, they joined Mars as a Secretary and later became a Consumer Care Specialist. In 2019, Julia joined Bolt as a Customer Support Specialist and quickly advanced to the role of Customer Support Team Lead. Julia continued their leadership journey at Preply in 2021, where they initially served as a Customer Support Team Lead and later as the Customer Experience Lead. Additionally, they worked at Rozetka.ua as the Head of Client Support for a brief period in 2021. Julia's work experience showcases their proficiency in customer service and leadership.

From 2012 to 2018, Julia Fursovych pursued their Master's degree in Civil Law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
