RJ Joshua, CFA has a comprehensive work experience in the finance industry. RJ is currently the Head of Private Debt, Research Insights at Preqin, where they are responsible for authoring the Preqin Global Report on Private Debt and providing analysis of fees and fund terms across various sectors. Prior to this, RJ worked as a Performance Analytics Manager at State Street from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they served as an Alternatives Product Specialist at Allianz Global Investors, where they successfully expanded AUM in alternatives. RJ also has experience as an Alternatives Portfolio Manager at Fulcrum Asset Management and as an Alternatives Senior Fund Analyst and Investment Analyst at Standard Life Aberdeen.

RJ Joshua, CFA holds a Master's Degree in MA (Oxon.) from the University of Oxford, which was obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the same university, which was completed from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, RJ has obtained various certifications, including a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder from the CFA Institute, and completed multiple courses in statistics, data science, probability, and machine learning through MITx on edX. RJ has also obtained the RYA Day Skipper certification from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA).
