Ilia I. is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in backend development and microservices architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Backend at Prequel Inc. since August 2022, Ilia has implemented DevSecOps practices, enhanced platform observability, and led cross-code reviews. Previous roles include Kotlin Development Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on business feature decomposition and improving response times for user-generated content systems. Ilia has held lead software engineering positions at TransSoftTelematics and EPAM Systems, where contributions included high-load data systems and fintech projects. With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Университет "Синергия," Ilia brings extensive expertise and leadership to each project.
