Brent Brazell

Brent Brazell is an experienced leader in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Presbyterian Healthcare Services since August 2019. In this role, Brent leads a team focused on implementing High Reliability strategic planning and education, designing change management strategies, and aligning learning efforts with strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Learning Officer at Froedtert Health, where Brent developed key programs to enhance employee engagement, and as Senior Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Penn State Health, where a culture change initiative improved teamwork. Brent has also held various leadership positions in learning and organizational development at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and H&R Block Financial Advisors, and holds advanced degrees in Organizational Development and Social Work from Avila University and The University of Kansas, respectively.
