Michelle Carroll

Michelle Carroll has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle has worked as a Division Director of Home Health at Westminster Communities of Florida since 2020. Prior to that, they were a Healthcare Liaison at Palladium Hospice and Palliative Care from 2019 to 2020, where they successfully achieved admission and census goals and surpassed referral goals. Michelle also has experience as the Owner of Home Care Consultants, Inc. from 2015 to 2019, where they established multiple agencies in various states and developed policies and procedures. Michelle was also the Owner of PerfectCare at Home Inc from 2010 to 2017, where they led cross-functional teams and improved financial operations. Michelle has also served as the Director of Business Development at AspenPointe Health Services and as a Hospice Administrator at HEARTLAND HOSPICE AND HOMECARE. Michelle started their career as an RN liaison for Home Health Care at Memorial Hermann Health System.

Michelle Carroll obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from King's College London, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they pursued a Professional Advanced Certification in Gerontology at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
