Damien Ianna has had a diverse work history starting as a team leader in steel house framing, moving on to supervisory roles in electrical and air conditioning companies. Later in their career, Damien transitioned into recruitment consulting roles before settling into property and facilities coordination positions. Currently, Damien Ianna holds a role as a maintenance technician and site maintenance manager at Woollam Constructions.
