Anamika Gera

Anamika heads the Talent and Performance Management Function of our India operation. She is an alumna of IIM Raipur and has an MBA in human resource management. She has more than 12 years of experience in the field of human resources and has worked in diverse industries. At Prescient, Anamika is responsible for talent acquisition and talent development, and she continues to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our India team.
