Gosha Kucharska

Gosha is a Director at Prescient and is responsible for the UK & European HR function. After earning her master’s degree in psychology, she worked in the pharma and signage sectors in the UK and mainland Europe, gaining experience across different functions in HR, including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee and labor relations, at a national and international level. Gosha joined Prescient as HR Manager, rising up the ranks as her expertise in managing people has proven invaluable.
