Kristin Dorado

Kristin Dorado, PHR has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Kristin is currently working at Presence as the Director of People Operations, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of People Operations at Presence from August 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Presence, Kristin worked at HR Options, Inc. where they served as the Human Resources Operations Manager from 2017 to August 2021. Kristin also held the position of Talent Operations Manager from 2015 to 2017 and started their career at the company as a Human Resources Generalist from 2012 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Kristin held roles at Costco Wholesale. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as the Pharmacy Services Coordinator, and from 2005 to 2008, they served as a Supervisor and Safety Coordinator.

Throughout their career, Kristin has gained extensive experience in people operations, talent management, and general human resources functions.

Kristin Dorado, PHR has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from California State University - East Bay. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013 and SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015. Kristin also received a second Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2016.
