Graham William Cassidy has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Graham is currently serving as a Brand Manager for luxury sneaker retailer "Presentedby" in the Middle East region. In this role, they focus on leading consumers through emotion and unique experiences.

Graham William Cassidy's education history begins in 1988 when they attended The Wallasey School, where they did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Wirral Met College and earned a degree in Fashion Design and Technology, specifically an ND/HND. In the year 2000, Graham pursued a Retail Management NVQ 1/2/3 and 4 level at GNVQ, which they completed in 2003. In 2015, they enrolled at the Eton Institute Dubai and completed a Starter Course in Arabic Language and Literature and Mandarin until 2017. Finally, in 2020, Graham attended Learners Point Academy, where they focused on an Advanced Microsoft Excel course.
