Shatona Holcomb

Shatona Holcomb, MSA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Shatona also founded and leads The Holcomb Consulting Group, focusing on executive coaching and leadership development. Previous roles include Senior Director of People and Culture at Allied Media Projects, Director of Talent and Culture at Edsel & Eleanor Ford House, and Human Resources Director at Avalon International Breads.
