Ronnie Vindbjerg Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ronnie is currently serving as the Regional Director, Nordics at Insights, where they are responsible for leading commercial growth in Northern Europe and ensuring a consistent sales and delivery experience for customers globally. Prior to this, Ronnie worked as the Executive Director at Presidents Institute and founded their own company called ThoughtLeaders. Ronnie has also served as the Chairman of the Board at Uhre Friskole. Ronnie's experience includes working as the COO/Chief Consultant at HowToWin, where they handled recruitment, outplacement, career counseling, and leadership development. Ronnie also worked as the Head of Training & Development at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, where they led strategic leadership and innovation initiatives. Ronnie has a background in the military, having served as an Air Battle Manager/Deputy in Organizational Transformation Task Force at NATO, where they played a key role in portfolio management and implementing training policies to enhance customer experience.

Ronnie Vindbjerg Pedersen has a diverse education background. Ronnie obtained a Master's degree in Leadership- and Organizational Psychology (LOOP) from Aalborg University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Military Management and Operational Studies from the Danish Air Force Academy, which they attended from 2008 to 2010. Ronnie also holds a Studentereksamen degree in Mathematics, which they earned from Tørring Amtsgymnasium between 1997 and 2000.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ronnie has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Ronnie became an Insights Practitioner after completing a program at Insights in June 2022. In September 2020, they obtained certifications in IST and Neo-Pi-3 from Hogrefe Ltd. Ronnie also completed a Struqtures Facilitator program in August 2020 offered by struqtures. Additionally, Ronnie has certifications in Organization Design and Organizational Learning and Development, which they acquired from LinkedIn in September 2018.
