Manoj Varghese is a seasoned technology professional specializing in contact center solutions, currently serving as a Senior Contact Center Engineer at Presidio since April 2022. With extensive experience spanning over 15 years, Manoj has held key roles including Principal UCCE Engineer at Speech-Soft Solutions and Senior Solutions Architect at Servion Global Solutions, where responsibilities included leading complex UCCE implementations and component upgrades. Expertise also covers VXML application development, system migration, and designing communication solutions for various clients.
