Carolyn Bell

Carolyn Bell, PMP has over 15 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Carolyn served as Director of Product and Engineering at Press Ganey, where they led teams and projects to improve the Human Experience in Healthcare through data analysis and visualization tools. Prior to that, Carolyn worked as a Project Management Consultant at Novant Health, providing expertise in project management. Carolyn also held the position of Senior Project Manager at Premier, Inc, where they successfully managed multiple application development projects and implemented process improvement initiatives.

Carolyn Bell, PMP has a Master's degree in Political and Civic Engagement from Winthrop University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Carolyn also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of South Carolina, which they earned from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Carolyn has obtained several certifications, including ITIL Intermediate CSI Certification from ITSM Academy, ITIL Intermediate SOA Capability Certification from ITSM Academy, Six Sigma Greenbelt from Villanova University, ITIL Foundations from ITSM Academy, and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, which they acquired in August 2008.
