Christa Peters

Christa Peters has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Christa currently holds the position of VP Client Strategy and Growth at Press Ganey, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NRC Health from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Collaboratives Director, Improvement Advisor, and Customer Success Manager. From 2015 to 2017, Christa served as the Executive Director of Patient Experience at St.Vincent Indianapolis Hospital. Christa also had a significant tenure at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) from 2008 to 2015, where they held various positions such as Program Director Acute Rehabilitation Unit, Manager of Care Coordination, Local Support Network Leader, and Case Manager.

Christa Peters earned a Masters of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Indianapolis in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors of Social Work degree from Valparaiso University in 2004. Christa'shigh school education was completed at Hunterdon Central Regional High School in 1999.
