Melissa Herrett has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 at the University of Michigan as a Student Employee and later as a Research Assistant. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Research Professional at the Spatial Intelligence and Learning Center at the University of Chicago. In 2011, they joined Avatar Solutions as an Associate Marketing Project Manager, and subsequently held roles as Marketing Content Manager and Director of Marketing and Communications. In 2016, Melissa joined PwC as a Marketing Manager, specializing in the Microsoft Alliance. Melissa then worked as a Product Marketing Manager at InMoment from 2019 to 2021 and as a Senior Marketing Manager at g2o in 2021. Melissa's most recent role is as the Director of Commercial Strategy at Press Ganey, where they first served as a Director before being promoted to the Senior Director position in 2023.
