Shawn Hebert

Shawn Hebert has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shawn began their career as a Sr. Financial Analyst at DSC Logistics from 2002 to 2005. Shawn then joined Aon as a Finance Mgr, where they provided financial leadership for the Technology Group, supported the CIO, and led a Sales Management effort resulting in cost reductions. In 2008, they joined Honeywell UOP, where they held various positions, including R&D Finance Manager, Working Capital Finance Manager, Global Finance Manager, and Finance Director. During their time at Honeywell UOP, they implemented financial evaluation processes, improved working capital turnover, and led strategic planning and forecasting. In 2013, Shawn Hebert joined Glanbia Performance Nutrition, where they served as Director of Finance, Senior Director Sales Operations/Enablement/Revenue Management, and Senior Director of Sales and Consumer Affairs. Shawn played a key role in establishing revenue management and sales operations departments, driving analytics and insights functions, and overseeing product innovation and contract negotiations. Since 2020, they have been working at Press Ganey as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Sales Finance & Planning.

Shawn Hebert completed an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2003 to 2005. Shawn also obtained a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1994 and 1998.
