Tomoko Ando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching, currently serving as an External Board Director at Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings and Kansai Paint Co., Ltd., as well as Press Kogyo Co Ltd. As an Executive Coach and HR Consultant at Coaching "Open the Door," Tomoko holds multiple certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC).
