Manon Plommet Le Bihan is a seasoned professional in people experience and talent acquisition, currently serving as Head of People Experience at PrestaShop since April 2017. In this role, Manon is responsible for managing and mentoring a team, overseeing key phases of the employee journey, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring a high standard in the global hiring process. Previously, Manon held various roles within PrestaShop, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager, where focus was on improving recruitment processes and managing talent acquisition teams. Additional experience includes roles in project management, translation, and content strategy at organizations such as iGraal and Acadomia. Manon holds a Master's degree in International Projects Management from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and possesses a strong academic background in languages and teaching.
