Alicia Garn, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across different industries. Alicia started their career in 1997 as an Office Manager for Epek Marketing/ Epek Sports & Promotions, where they excelled in overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. Alicia then moved on to Wingers Restaurants, where they served as a Senior General Manager/ District Manager, demonstrating their ability to drive operational excellence and maximize profitability across multiple locations. Alicia joined Dave & Buster's in 2006 as an Assistant Restaurant Manager before being promoted to Business Analyst Manager. In these roles, they focused on leveraging data analysis and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently, Alicia is Vice President of People & Culture at Prestige Financial Services, where they have developed and executed comprehensive HR strategies to align the workforce with strategic goals and foster a positive culture. Alicia'sexpertise lies in talent development, recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits management. Throughout their career, Alicia has consistently delivered outstanding results and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Alicia Garn, SPHR, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, which they obtained in 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Capella University in 2021. Additionally, they have an Associate's degree from Weber State University, which they earned in 2019. Alicia also possesses the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, obtained in June 2017 from HRCI.
