Stanton Leddy

Stanton Leddy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2022. Stanton currently serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Prestige Hospitality Group LLC since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Source Strategies Inc from March 2021 to October 2022. From 2016 to 2021, Leddy worked at Prestige Hospitality Group LLC as the Regional Director of Operations, where they improved revenue, guest satisfaction, and profit through a consistent approach and process. Stanton also identified efficiency opportunities and developed solutions to improve consistency in corporate processes. Leddy developed procedures for monitoring and tracking PHG portfolio metrics and provided weekly reports with recommended actions. During their tenure at Presidian Hotels and Resorts from 2009 to 2016, Leddy held multiple roles including Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Operations, Corporate Operations Manager, and Corporate Operations Analyst. Lastly, Leddy started their career at Circuit City as an Associate Buyer, where they managed business relationships with film studios and developed multichannel ad plans. Stanton also served as a Merchandise Analyst and Advertising Specialist, improving ad processes and strategy.

Stanton Leddy attended the University of Richmond from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Stanton also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General during the same period.
