Insurance Certificate Specialist

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 4-40 License

Insurance Certificate Specialist Duties:

• Amend and create COIs for clients

• Monitors certificates of insurance

• Communicates directly with insurance carriers and clients to confirm insurance coverages

• Acts as liaison between brokers, carriers, and various Departments to obtain details of current and upcoming changes that will determine the annual insurance rates and premium

• Ensures that brokers and insurance underwriters are timely notified of significant events or changes that may result in a claim or change to the policies

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Hours:*

• 9:00am - 6:00pm (weekdays)

• 10:00am - 2:00pm (Saturday once a month)
