Felipe Athayde

Felipe Athayde currently serves as the President of North America at Pret A Manger, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Felipe was the Chief Executive Officer at Authentic Restaurant Brands from April 2022 to March 2025 and held various leadership positions at Regis Corporation, including Director and President & CEO from October 2020 to March 2022. Felipe's extensive experience in the restaurant industry includes notable roles at Restaurant Brands International, where responsibilities spanned the Americas for multiple brands including Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Burger King, and Tim Hortons. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Business Leader for Strategy at Visa Inc., a Vice President at ING focusing on Latin American Debt Trading, and roles at BankBoston and Safra in fixed income and trading. Felipe holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
