Felipe Athayde

Felipe Athayde currently serves as President of North America at Pret A Manger since July 2025. Prior to this role, Felipe held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Authentic Restaurant Brands from April 2022 to March 2025. Felipe's extensive experience includes serving as Director and President & CEO at Regis Corporation from October 2020 to March 2022, and holding various leadership roles at Restaurant Brands International from December 2015 to September 2020, including President of Americas for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, President of Latin America and Caribbean for Burger King, and President of the US for Tim Hortons. Felipe's earlier career includes a strategic role as Business Leader at Visa Inc. from October 2010 to July 2011, focusing on profitability evaluation and strategic initiative analytics. Felipe earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
