Director Corporate Affairs at Pretium

Jason Llorenz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jason currently serves as the Director of Corporate Affairs at Pretium, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a faculty member in Stakeholders & Marketing for the Bard MBA in Sustainability at Bard College since January 2022. From September 2021 to September 2022, Jason worked as the Head of Communications at ecoATM Gazelle.

Before their current roles, Jason held positions at Leadership for Educational Equity, where they served as the Vice President of Communications from December 2018 to September 2021, and as the Senior Director from November 2015 to December 2018. Jason also worked at Rutgers University School of Communication and Information as an Adjunct Lecturer from September 2013 to May 2017 and as a Senior Fellow from January 2013 to January 2017.

Prior to that, Jason was the Executive Director at HTTP from December 2011 to January 2013, and they served as the Senior Policy Advisor/Policy Counsel at the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators (NHCSL) from August 2009 to December 2011. Jason started their career as an Attorney and Consultant at Llorenz and Associates, LLC from December 2007 to August 2009. Jason also worked as the Chief of Staff for the Communications Practice at The Caraway Group, Inc. from May 2004 to December 2007.

Jason's earlier experience includes a role as a CHCI Law Fellow in the Chambers of Judge Richard Roberts, US District Court, District of Columbia at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) in 2003.

Jason Llorenz attended Cazenovia College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University at Buffalo School of Law, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Jason Llorenz is a member of the New York State Bar, certified by the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department.
