Jeff Ernsberger is an experienced Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection consultant currently working with Prevailance, Inc. since August 2020. With a strong background in security and investigation gained during a 23-year career in the US Navy as a CWO3, Ernsberger brings valuable expertise to the field. In addition to consulting, Ernsberger owns and operates CrossFit Cafe and Virginia Beach Barbell Club, serving as a coach and programmer since June 2011. Ernsberger also contributes to community governance as a board member for Beachwood condominiums and has experience as a teacher for Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Academically, Ernsberger holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Norfolk State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Administration from Excelsior University.
