Kofi Missah

Kofi Missah has a versatile work experience spanning different industries. Kofi most recently worked at Prevalent - Third-Party Risk Management, starting in September 2019. Kofi started as an Operations and Support Analyst and later moved up to the role of Team Lead, EMEA Risk Operations Center. Currently, they serve as the Manager, ROC Operations.

Before that, Kofi worked at Flowgroup plc from July 2016 to September 2019 as an Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for financial management, handling complaints and escalations, training peers, and data reporting and analysis.

Prior to their role at Flowgroup plc, they worked at Next Ltd as a Sales Consultant from December 2014 to July 2016. Here, they showcased their ability to work in intense and busy environments and delivered professional service to customers.

Kofi Missah obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Suffolk. Kofi attended the university from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE's and A-Levels at The Bulmershe School, where the field of study is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Kofi Missah also holds a certification called the Shared Assessments CTPRP Badge, which was obtained in 2021 from the institution called Shared Assessments.
