Justin Marchant

Justin Marchant has been working in the retail industry since 2008. Justin began their career at Acosta as a Market Manager, then moved up to District Manager - Retail and Retail Business Manager - Bayer. In 2008, they were promoted to Region Director, Retail Operations. In 2018, they moved to IRI as a Retail Client Services Consultant. Currently, Justin is working at Prevedere Inc. as the Director, Customer Success.

Justin Marchant received their BA in Economics from the University of Southern Maine in 2008. Justin is currently enrolled at Clark University. In June 2021, Justin obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
